February - Cedar WaxWings
Cedar Waxwings migrate through Austin Wood, two miles from Duckie and the Grackle’s home each winter. They come through in large noisy flocks and will quickly strip a tree of berries. They sit tall like little soldiers. Sometimes, you can catch them passing “gift berries” back and forth on a branch. Soon, you will experience these Cedars for the entire month of February!
